Host an Event to Benefit Mama's Kitchen!

Fundraising events can be sponsored or organized by other groups, businesses and organizations to benefit Mama's Kitchen. To coordinate a pick-up event, please see Mama's Kitchen Fundraising and Event Guidelines or contact a Mama’s Kitchen representative for guidelines and information regarding the use of our name and logo, as well as ethical fundraising practices.

You may also turn your event into a food drive to benefit Mama's Kitchen. Established in 2004, the Mama’s Pantry service is designed to meet the needs of clients with HIV/AIDS who can benefit from occasional nutritional support to maintain their health and stretch their food budget. Host a food drive at your business, school, place of worship, or social club!! Food drives can be a fun and easy way of supporting Mama’s Kitchen and help keep our food expenses to a minimum. The nonperishable items collected at food drives (click here for our wish list) help stock our shelves at Mama’s Pantry, which is located at our Mama's Kitchen location. If you would like to organize a food drive at your next event, please contact Bill Patten at bill@mamaskitchen.org or call our office at 619-233-6262 to arrange a barrel delivery, and we'll pick it up when your food drive is over!
