Gilead Sciences, Inc. is one of the top philanthropic funders of HIV/AIDS in the United States. Mama’s Kitchen is proud to announce that Gilead Sciences, Inc. has provided a $5,000 grant to support our AIDS Nutrition Program. This is the first time our organizations have partnered and we hope to grow this relationship in the coming years!

 

 

 

Retail entrepreneur and philanthropist Sol Price and his wife Helen founded Price Philanthropies Foundation (formerly Price Family Charitable Fund) in 1983. Mr. Price was a leader in providing opportunities and revitalizing the City Heights area where Mama’s Kitchen’s facility is located. In September, Price Philanthropies provided a $15,000 grant to support the general operations of Mama’s Kitchen. We would like to express our sincerest gratitude for this kind contribution.

 

 

 

Mama’s Kitchen would like to recognize one of our newest supporters, the MAXIMUS Foundation. The MAXIMUS Foundation provides grants to non-profit organizations and charities that are committed to helping disadvantaged populations and underserved communities. The MAXIMUS Foundation provided a $5,000 grant for Mama’s Kitchen to purchase food and meal containers for our meal deliveries.
