Mama’s Kitchen would like to thank the Sundt Foundation for their generous support of Mama’s Kitchen’s Children Nutritional Health Program. This program serves the children of our Home-Delivered Meal Service clients who are vulnerable to hunger because their parent is simply too ill from AIDS or cancer to shop for and prepare nutritious food. By home delivering freshly prepared, warm meals and 100% nutrition at no cost, our comprehensive program helps these at- risk children avoid the adverse behavioral, educational, and health effects of childhood hunger. Our goal is to allow the critically ill parent to focus on their health, and allow kids to focus on being kids.

Sundt employees give back to the communities where they live and work through the Sundt Foundation, which makes grants that improve the lives of disadvantaged children and adults. The Foundation receives most of its funding through employee contributions, which are matched by the company. In addition to charitable grants, the Foundation supports volunteer efforts by employees to collect food for disadvantaged families, repair homes, and raise money through fundraising events. Sundt and the Sundt Foundation has been a partner of Mama’s Kitchen since 2005.
